A small company, by choice
Umrah Gate was founded on a simple observation: most of what goes wrong on a pilgrimage is logistical, and almost all of it is preventable.
Built by travellers who had been let down
Umrah Gate is new. We started it after our own pilgrimages — journeys where the hotel was not the one promised, the transfer did not arrive, and the person who sold the package could not be reached once the flight had left.
None of that is complicated to fix. It requires contracting hotels directly rather than buying through a chain of brokers, confirming room types in writing, employing our own drivers and guides, and giving every traveller the mobile number of a person rather than an office.
We are starting small on purpose, and we intend to stay that way. A cap of twenty travellers per departure is not a limitation we hope to outgrow — it is the point. If we ever have to choose between taking more bookings and giving each family the attention we would want for our own, we will take fewer bookings.

Every journey is assigned to one person on our team. They prepare your documents, confirm your rooms, brief your driver and remain your point of contact throughout — including while you are in Saudi Arabia.
On our premium packages, that same person accompanies your party in person for the Umrah rites and the ziyarah.

Every hotel here is one we can actually book, at the distance stated. If we cannot hold the room we described, you hear it before you pay — not after.

Our departures are capped deliberately. Attention does not scale, and this journey deserves attention.
