Makkah is where the journey begins and where it returns. Everything we arrange in this city — the hotel, the hour you perform Tawaf, the route you walk to the gate — is chosen to keep the days simple, so that your attention stays where it belongs.
المسجد الحرام
The largest mosque in the world, and the only one built around its own centre. Its courtyards hold well over a million worshippers, yet the hours before Fajr are among the quietest you will experience anywhere. We place our guests within a short walk so that returning for each prayer is never a decision about logistics.

The House rebuilt by Ibrahim and Isma'il, peace be upon them, and the direction every Muslim on earth turns towards five times a day. Standing before it for the first time is, for most travellers, the moment the whole journey resolves into one.
زمزم
The well that has not run dry since it sprang beneath Hajar's feet. Chilled and room-temperature Zamzam is available throughout the mosque, and we arrange a sealed five-litre container for each guest to carry home.

The mountain above Makkah where the first revelation was received. The climb is steep and takes around an hour; we advise going before sunrise, and we will tell you honestly whether it suits your party.
The cave that sheltered the Prophet ﷺ and Abu Bakr during the Hijrah. The climb is demanding, so it is usually seen from the road.
The plains of the Hajj, quiet and empty for most of the year. Our Makkah ziyarah passes through all three with an explanation of what happens here in Dhul Hijjah.
The station of Ibrahim, beside the Kaaba, where two rak'ah are prayed after Tawaf.
The two hills, now enclosed within the mosque, walked seven times during Sa'i — a marble corridor almost half a kilometre long.

Small things that make the biggest difference.
The mataf is calmest between Isha and midnight, and again after Fajr. Your assistant will tell you which gate is quietest on the day.
Knowing your gate number and the way back to the hotel removes most of the stress from later, more crowded visits.
Bags are screened at every entrance. A phone, a small Qur'an and your hotel card are enough.
Guests who plan an afternoon rest tend to pray more at night. The proximity of our hotels exists precisely so that this is possible.
